Enrolment Policy

Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School has been established to cater especially for the communities immediately in the vicinity of Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School. Enrolment procedures will be followed to ensure that priority is given to families who share and support the special character of our Catholic schools. A priority order will be followed that supports:

A strong parish faith community
Gospel priority to support those in need
Priority to religious education
Parent/school partnership and a caring community
A strong Parent Group actively promoting the goals of the school

Enrolment Process

Kindergarten 2013 Enrolment

New families may have a tour of the school grounds on the following day(s):

Thursday, 8th of March 2012 at 10am
Thursday, 29th of March 2012 at 11:45am
Thursday, 26th of April 2012 at 10am

Please call the school to inform us if you wish to attend any of these following time slots.

The procedure for enrolment at Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School is as follows:

Download the enrolment form
Return the completed form to the office (together with the enrolment fee of $20)

The following documentation is required. Please note the form will not be accepted if any of these items are not presented:

Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate
Copy of the child’s current immunisation record
Passport size photograph
Proof of residence e.g. council/water rates
Passport/visa documents if required (see enrolment form)

All families will be interviewed on Saturday, 28th of April 2012 by a member of the Leadership Team.

Times will be allocated when all documentation has been recieved by the School.

If your child has any special physical or learning needs or you have a confidential matter to discuss with the principal, you are invited to make an appointment for a more extensive interview during the school week.

Please ring the parish office on 9639 8385 after lodging your application form at the school to arrange an appointment with our parish priest.

Enrolment Years 1 – 6 2012-2013

Please complete the enrolment form and return it to the office with all the above documentation, plus a copy of the most recent school report is also requested.

An appointment during the school week will then be made for the principal to meet with you and your child and there will be an opportunity to tour the school.
